VibeMon for Android

VibeMon for Android shows your coding accounts and resources on your Android phone or tablet and in Home screen widgets. It shows the same workspace as this site. It displays monitoring data without changing the reports sent by your computers.

Requirements

  • An Android device with Android 8.0 or later.
  • A VibeMon account with at least one connected source. See Get started.

Install or use the web

Download VibeMon-VERSION.apk from the public Android releases. The .aab file is for store submission; use the .apk to install on a device.

  1. Open the VibeMon-VERSION.apk file that you downloaded on the device.
  2. When Android asks, allow your browser or file app to install apps, then select Install.
  3. Open VibeMon and continue with the steps under Connect below.

You can already use vibemon.io/dashboard in the browser; the Web dashboard does not require the app. Widgets require the installed app.

Connect

  1. Open VibeMon and select Sign in to VibeMon, or Sign in with email to open the email and password form directly.
  2. The browser opens vibemon.io. Sign in with Google, Apple, or your email account, then select Allow.
  3. The browser returns to VibeMon, and your workspace opens.

Use the same verified email as the sending computer. Google, Apple, and email sign-in then open the same account. An Apple private relay address is different; see one account on every platform before connecting it.

Use the same VibeMon sign-in as the sending computer, then compare an account or resource with Web. If the connection fails, the screen shows the reason. If you close the browser before you select Allow, the app stays on the sign-in screen.

Other ways to start:

  • To use a token that you created on Account, select Other ways to connect, paste a Read token, and select Connect with token.
  • To use your own VibeMon server, select Other ways to connect and enter its address in VibeMon address before you sign in.
  • To look around without an account, select Explore with sample data. To leave the sample, select Connect in its banner.

Use the app

  • Pull down on a list to refresh it. While the app is open, it refreshes every 30 seconds.
  • Select a card to see its details and history. Choose 1, 6, or 24 hours to inspect minute averages and maxima. Touch and drag on the chart to read one minute.
  • To hide an account or a resource, open Settings → Customize view. This changes this device only and does not stop collection. New items appear automatically.
  • Without a network, the app keeps the last data and shows how old it is.

See plan usage without a computer

Accounts that you connect without installing anything appear as account cards in Agents and in widgets, with their weekly and session usage. A link icon after the provider marks them; press and hold it to see the service, such as Usage from Claude Max. To connect one in VibeMon for Android 1.4.0 or later, open Settings → Connected services and select Connect Claude or Connect Codex. Claude opens in the browser: select Authorize, copy the code, and paste it into VibeMon. For Codex, the app shows a code and opens OpenAI's device page; enter the code there and VibeMon finishes when you approve. If the app asks you to sign in again, select Settings → Sign in again: connecting needs a sign-in from version 1.4.0.

Add a widget

  1. Touch and hold the Home screen and select Widgets.
  2. Find VibeMon and choose Coding Agent or Resource.
  3. Choose the account or resource, or Automatic to show the item that needs attention first. To change it later on Android 12 or later, touch and hold the widget and open its settings. On earlier versions, remove the widget and add it again.

Widgets get new data about every 15 minutes, when Android allows, and also when you leave the app. The bottom of the widget shows when the device received the data. Saved data means that the last refresh is more than 20 minutes old.

VibeMon Pro

VibeMon Pro belongs to your VibeMon workspace. When your workspace has Pro, the app also shows 7-day and 30-day history. Settings → VibeMon Pro shows whether your workspace has it. The Android app does not sell subscriptions and does not send alerts.

Language

The app shows English, Korean, or Japanese. It follows the device language, or the language that you set in Settings → System → Languages → App languages. Other languages show English.

Disconnect

Select Settings → Disconnect. The app deletes its token and removes the saved data from the device. If the device is offline, also delete the token on Account.
